David Park (1911-1960) was an American painter.
According to Wikipedia he was a member of the Bay Area Figurative Movement.
I had never heard of this group, but as the name suggests, they were artists who moved away from abstract expressionism, and returned to figurative painting.
I find Park's work charming. His figures with their big noses are almost a bit droll.
Very often he painted people in three-quarter profile.
